Healow Patient Portal

Once you have completed all the required registration documents and your subscription has been created  you will recieve an email. Then you can download the Healow application for your smartphone or tablet. Follow the steps to create your patient portal using practice code CCIFAD. You will not be able to do this if your currently not a patient.

Appointment scheduling has never been easier. You simply login to Healow and choose a your date, time and location. Then choose form the list of options for being seen. Simply click the visits button > book appointmnet and find an available opening. Be sure to choose the correct office location and reason for appointment.

The primary method for having medication refilled is to contact your pharmacy. You can also request medication refills using the Healow app. Once logged in you simply click the medication your looking to have refilled and submit. 

You can utilize the Healow app to join virtual visits quite easily .

Utilize the tools available in the application to access your medical information.
