Yes, we are accepting new patients but only for our monthly concierge service which does not require or utilize your insurance. You pay one monthly fee and enjoy all the benefits we offer. 

Complete the registration application by clicking the link at the top of this page. Read and complete the application. Activate your subscription of 106.35 a month. Only then will we create your chart and contact you for an appointment. Be sure to choose which location you desire to be seen in person. 

That price will vary based on medications being prescribed. However, patients should expect to spend approximately 100.00-200.00 a month for the medication Semaglutide. We discuss this in detail during your initial appointment. 

One way would be to contact your pharmacy and request a refill. Another way is to download the Healow application for your smartphone. Healow is our patient portal. Once you have downloaded the app enter the practice code CCIFAD. You can request medication refills, book appointments, send messages and much more.

This is a solo practice with only one Nurse Practitioner, Christopher Anderson APRN. You will have the same provider every time, in person, over the phone or by text its me. 

Our monthly subscription service delivers a higher level of care and access to services that are not covered by insurance. You deserve better than "what insurance covers". Health insurance is not  healthcare. Health insurance should not determine the amount of care you need. Prevention is about creating health equity and thats our focus. 

We offer a variety of services for mental health conditions such as anxiety, depression, addiction and more. You mental health is important and plays a vital role in your well being. We utilize tools such as medications, cognitive behavioral tools and bibliotherapy to help improve your mental health. We also work with local mental health partners to coordinate care with other resources such as IOP, therapy, and psychiatry. 

NO, you can simply schedule an appointment for that service and pay at the time of service.  We will require a non-refundable deposit of 50.00 to reserve your appointment. This fee will be applied to your balance for services during the appointment. Subscribers will get preferred pricing at 10.00 per unit. Non-members pricing is set at 13.00 per unit.
